According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 4, 2023, the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Business Development Bank" was established on the basis of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Qishloq qurilish banki".
The main activities of the bank are aimed at financing projects of small businesses and providing them with comprehensive services.
On the basis of the bank, the Small Business Development Fund LLC was created; through 14 regional small business support centers, entrepreneurs are provided with comprehensive services, such as attracting investments, allocating financing for business development, business training, and consulting services.
In addition, the population is provided with all types of retail banking services. In particular, through 40 service offices located throughout the republic, such services as car loans, mortgages, microloans, currency exchange, bank cards, cash practice, and international money transfers are provided.
