Date of establishment of the bank: May 12, 1994. June 22, 2006, it was transformed into the Uzbek-German Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Savdogar. Based on the decision of the meeting of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan №16/5 08.06.2012 it renamed into Savdogar Open Joint-Stock Commercial Bank with the participation of foreign capital. On September 2, 2014 it was renamed into Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Savdogar with the participation of foreign capital. Savdogarbank is a universal credit institution and its branches located in all regions of Uzbekistan provide customers with a wide range of banking services.
