Ulugbek Bakhadirov Appointed Chairman of the Management Board of the National Interbank Processing Center
Tashkent, Uzbekistan — September 17, 2025. The National Interbank Processing Center (NIPC), operator of the HUMO payment system, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ulugbek Bakhadirov as Chairman of the Management Board. His appointment, effective following the decisions of the sole shareholder on September 12 and the Supervisory Board on September 15, marks an important step in strengthening the company’s leadership team.
Mr. Bakhadirov, who previously served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, brings extensive expertise in the financial sector and corporate governance. His professional career has been closely linked to the development of payment services and strategic management. His transition to the executive role ensures continuity, leveraging his deep knowledge of the company’s processes and market specifics to foster sustainable growth and stability for HUMO.
The Supervisory Board will now be chaired by Dilshod Sarikhojaev, Advisor to the Director of the Main Information Center of the Central Bank.
Maksadjon Mukhitdinov, who had been serving as Acting Chairman of the Management Board since May 20, has returned to his position as First Deputy Chairman. During his interim leadership, he ensured the seamless operation of HUMO and the execution of key strategic objectives. The NIPC extends its sincere appreciation for his effective service and valuable contribution during this period.
