Duties of the Chairman of the Management Board include:
1.    Directing the day-to-day operations of the Company within the scope of their authority, ensuring effective and stable operations, except for matters reserved for the exclusive competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board; Organizing the execution of decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board;
2.    Submitting quarterly reports to the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board regarding the implementation of the annual business plan, measures to execute the Company’s development strategy, and progress reports within their competence;
Leading the development of corporate development programs and business plans, organizing and supervising their implementation;
3.    Ensuring the fulfillment of the Company’s contractual obligations;
4.    Ensuring the required profit margin necessary for the growth of the Company and the resolution of social issues.

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board:
1.    Defines the technical development policy based on market economy principles for the Company, determining pathways for its modernization and equipment re-stocking; oversees the normal operation of the Processing Center's IT infrastructure, incorporates cutting-edge technologies, and monitors the quality of its performance;
2.    Monitors the correct utilization of equipment and machinery/materials in accordance with established standards;
3.    Oversees development work on new integration systems between various platforms;
4.    Establishes and manages collaboration with partners regarding integration with the HUMO Payment System and support for joint projects;
Organizes and controls the provision of necessary software and technical support for server virtualization on the x86 platform. Manages tasks such as the generation, storage, and management of access keys for network and server equipment.
